At Beauty by Stella, your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We strictly adhere to current government guidelines to ensure a secure and hygienic environment for all our clients. Please familiarise yourself with our safety protocols outlined below:

Before your appointment:

• All appointments must be paid for through online banking or cash.

• Arrive on time, and if you're early, kindly notify us via WhatsApp before entering the cabin.

• New clients are required to complete a health questionnaire before their first visit. This will be kept securely on file and reviewed regularly to ensure your treatments remain safe and tailored to your needs.

• Please ensure you have read any pre treatment advice before you arrive.

Upon arrival:

• Please let us know of your arrival via WhatsApp or SMS if you don't have WhatsApp.

• Wash your hands as you enter the cabin to maintain hygiene standards.

• Keep personal items to a minimum and neatly place them in designated areas.

 

In the Salon:

• We prioritise cleanliness, safety, and ventilation. Our salon is fully ventilated with heating and air conditioning.

• If you feel unwell, notify us as soon as possible to reschedule. Late cancellations may incur charges.
